Business conditions and terms for tenants

The customer will receive accommodation offers according to the preferences (either orally or written) which were previously unknown. We cannot accept any liability for inaccurate offers (e.g., incompleteness or incorrectness).

The customer informs the HomeCompany within 2 days after receipt of the offers if a tenancy agreement for one of the offers is made or will be made or why the customer could not contact or did not contact the landlord.

The customer informs the HomeCompany immediately if the application is not valid any more and gives reasons for it.

The offers are confidential and intended solely for the customer. Passing on of information to third parties requires consent of the HomeCompany. Unless other agreements have been made the original customer is responsible for the commission.

Should there be any violations of the application-form the HomeCompany is allowed to cancel it immediately effective.

A commission fee of 1,5 monthly rents plus tax is due immediately after the conclusion of a verbal or written tenancy agreement or a takeover of the accommodation. The commission fee is calculated according to the below scale (for a rental period less than 1 year):

The commission fee is due immediately after conclusion of the tenancy agreement.

The commission is based on the monthly rent given by the landlord in our offer, including extra costs (unless they are listed separately). Any later changes in the monthly price do not alter our commission.

No claims can be made against the HomeCompany in the case of an early termination of a tenancy agreement. The full commission fee remains, according to the original contract.

In all other cases statutory provisions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Mannheim as long as the contract has been concluded with a businessman.
