1.Short-term accommodations
Our core business. Here we are outriders in service, know-how and performance. Whether you look for a room while studying or doing practical training, a city apartment or a flat for a vocational stay in another city or a house in the countryside for your family: Home Company offers a huge variety of furnished accommodations in Germany. Just search directly in the menu left on top of the page.
2. Quality assurance
Investigation in the housing business is not always good quality. It is not often made sure that the object definitely fits to your needs. HomeCompany is different: Here you find inspected objects which come up to our - and thus your - demands and requests. We care for you right until the contract is fixed and done and also beyond that. For the contract we only use forms which are approved by lawyers.
3. Procurement of accommodations
What is valid for short-term letting is also true for the procurement of accommodations - in the long term and unfurnished: We do only arrange dates for which are worthwhile. >> Search >>
4. Service around residence
Short-term dwelling requires more efforts to make sure that the guest feels well in his new home. More service means e.g. cleaning service, city information, relocation service and much more. We would appreciate to propose an individual "carefree-package" to you. Just ask for our additional service.
