HomeCompany (the association of the so-called "Mitwohnzentralen e.V.") is an enterprise association of autonomously operating agencies. Since our foundation in 1986 we cooperate supra-regionally and in partnership. Today we have more than 35 offices in Germany.

Short-term residence
For our tenants we have invented a proportional commission: If you dwell only for a short time you pay a smaller commission fee. Usual? No, but fair! Our main interest is that you feel like being at home in your new residence.
In order to assure our lessors we properly prepare everything. And what concerns your real estate: to achieve a maximum of profit and a minimum of costs we advise you competently and carefully.
